Function Introduction
1. Two operation modes of processing data: configuring and editing

2. Automatic / semi-automatic / test-work processing modes are optional.

3. Hole-dividing function, can create regular graphics of hair-planting or drilling hole quickly.

4. Reproducing function, supports the whole and parts of the processing hole reproducing, no need to input the processing data over again.

5. Parallel locomoting function enables holistic parallel locomoting of hole position of brushes perfectly and then process it, which make the operation easily and quickly, no need to modify data manually.

6. Editing functions of processing data, such as ADD, ALT,INSERT,DELETE, make it convenient to solve these problems: the deviation of hole position, hole-repeating and hole-missing.

7.You can process the hole where you are appointing.

8.For long processing hole distance, you can decelerate the main shaft until the platform is in the right position, or stop the main shaft at a high place until the platform is in the right position.

9.Various kinds of types are made automatically, such as Square hole, plum blossom shaped holes, Herringbone holes, elliptical hole, etc.

10. Various alarm functions: repeat tufting alarm, servo alarm, brush plate alarm, air pressure alarm, aluminum wire alarm and etc.

11.High-position shutdown when changing color.

12. Set all kinds of processing parameters for machines, such as speed of processing, configuring, returning to origin and skipping distance of each axis.

13.Screen Saver and Password saver function.

14.Self-testing input/output signals helps users to clear the faults quickly and easily.
