High resolution USB linear array CCD CCD chip: TCD1254GFG, the pixel size is 5.25um * 64um, for 2500 pixels, the wavelength response range of 300nm ~ 1100nm. AD sampling depth: 16Bit. USB 2 interface, the USB interface chip is FT245, and the highest communication rate is 1MByte. Integral exposure time of CCD: 10us-10S adjustable, 1US adjustable step in 10us-999us range, 1ms adjustable step in 1ms-999ms range and 1S adjustable step in 1S-10S range. The trigger mode is internal trigger or external trigger software programming. The maximum frame rate of CCD output set at the time of inner trigger is 10 frames per second. With the increase of the integration time of CCD, the frame rate will decrease. If the integration time is 1S, the frame rate will decrease to 1Hz; if the integration time is 10S, the frame rate will decrease to 0.1Hz. The trigger frequency of external trigger can be set to any frequency between 0.1Hz and 20Hz as needed. A CCD image data can be input to the computer through the USB, on the other hand can also through the synchronous analog output port by the oscilloscope display or through other acquisition card collection. - synchronous trigger output port can signal the internal clock signal or trigger will trigger the synchronization output, use this signal to trigger the oscilloscope, signal synchronization signal and Simulation of the CCD image. - drive circuit board and CCD sensor is installed separately between the two through cable, length 5cm~1m optional. - driver board size 62mm (L) X50mm (W) X25mm (high); the CCD board size is 20mm (long) X17mm (W) X5mm (high). The test software is written by Borland C++ Builder, and its source code will be sent to the client along with the CCD circuit board. Users can modify their own software on the basis of source code. If users need to use other software such as VB, Delphi or Labview for writing, can log on to the FT245 supplier's official website, download the corresponding routines, the customer can be embedded in the CCD data acquisition, the corresponding routines in CCD integral time and inside and outside the trigger commands that can be carried on the CCD software in the foundation to write your own control . The external trigger function of this CCD can be used to capture low pulse repetition frequency laser pulses. This CCD module can be used to develop spectrometers.
