1.How to choose the correct barcode scanner?
From the function:
A. Laser scanner: Only can scan papery 1D barcodes.
B. CCD scanner: Can scan both papery and screen 1D barcodes.
C. 2D scanner: Can scan both papery and screen 1D 2D barcodes.
2.Some barcodes can't be read?
A. Dirty or unclear barcodes might not be read. You can try to clear the dirty or scan more times avoid from dirty or unclear place.
B. Digital barcodes displayed on phones, computers or tablets can be read by CCD and 2D scanners, but can't be read by laser scanner. Laser scanner only can scann papery barcodes.
C. The possible reason is that the setting for some barcode types are not commonly used is off by default. You need to activate a specific barcode type to get it to work. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you don't know the exact type of barcode that you are referring to.
D. Adjust the distance and light location, make sure each barcode and emptiness were be read(the best distance is 5-20CM).
E. Using correct scan angle(Right/Left±60°,Front/Rear±75°, Turn±45°).
3. The data can't be uploaded to my device?
Please make sure if you have turned off the inventory mode. Becasue it will store your scans internally instead of instantly uploading them to the connected device. You need to scan the "Manual data upload" barcode then the scanned codes will be uploaded to your connected device.
4. How to solve the messy code problem encountered while using other foreign languages?
The default language is English. Please refer to "Language setting" chapter to change the setting.
